Don't Mess With My Mise

While I'm in Scotland for grad school, I'll be channeling some of my culinary energy into a side project, a blog I'm calling Don't Mess With My Mise, about pursuing local flavors, Edinburgh's food culture, and having to live without a kitchen for a while. I'll have whatever is in the dorm, plus my beloved chef's knife. I'll still be able to work on The Vegan Home Chef, though it will probably necessitate some different cooking styles, but that just makes things exciting! I'll post updates to Don't Mess With My Mise on this page, but you can also view the originals here, reaching full steam in September.
